Troubleshooting guide
Problem

Solution
Check if the power plug is in good
contact with the socket.
1. Use a slight amount of force to
press the water tank down vertically
so that the bottom edge of the tank is
fully fitted with the top of the device.
2. Push the handle switch to the
"OFF" or "ON" position.
3. Turn the switch knob clockwise to
the furthest point and turn the handle
switch on. Under normal conditions,
water should flow for around 15
seconds.
Install the nozzle in the proper position
(you should hear a "clicking" sound).
1. It is normal for there to be water in
the handle cavity after cleaning.
2. Install the nozzle before use.
Seek a replacement or after-sales
repair from the seller.
