You can solve the problems you may encounter with your product by checking the following points be-
fore calling for service.
PROBLEM
Microwave does not turn
on
Microwave does not heat
The following situations listed below are not manufacturing defects and are treated as normal pheno-
mena:
Microwave interferes with TV reception.
Radio and TV broadcasts may be interfered with when the microwave oven is in operation. This is similar
to interference from small household appliances such as blenders, hoovers and fans.
Interior light is dim
When cooking on low power, the oven light may dim. It is normal
Steam builds up in the door. Hot air comes out of the vents
When cooking, steam may escape from the food. Most of it escapes from the air vents, but some may
accumulate in a cooler place such as the oven door. This is normal.
The microwave is accidentally switched on without food in it.
There is no damage to the oven if it runs empty for a short period of time. However, it should be avoided.

SOLUTION
•
Unplug it. Plug it in again after 10 se-
conds.

Replace the fuse or reset the circuit
breaker only (repair by our professio-
nal staff).

Test the power supply with other
appliances.
Close the door tightly.
