Solution
When using for the first time, bake for 5
minutes without food, so as to completely
evaporate the protective grease of the parts.
Check whether the plug is properly inserted
into the socket and whether the glass pot is
placed correctly.
Check whether the switch is activated and
whether the carbon fibre heating tube is
illuminated.
If the heating tube does not light up, please
contact the after-sales service.
