3. Add a small amount of kitchen detergent and warm water. Use a cott on swab to clean
it gently and then use a cleaning cloth to dry it lightly.
4. Refer to the following pictures to avoid water fl owing into the air outlet, pour the water
from the left side, not from the right side.
5. Do not use other acidic or enzymati c detergents, as they may give off poisonous gases
or cause malfuncti on.
Note: Be sure to use a mild detergent.

Is there enough water in the tank? Add water to the tank.
If the power cord is properly connected, disconnect it, check it and
carefully reconnect it.
Not enough water or too much water? Please add the right amount of
water in the tank, the water should never be fi lled more than 240ML
(MAX) line.
Dirt on the ultrasonic plate - Please refer to the maintenance instruc-
ti ons. Remove and reinstall correctly, so that vapours can be released
freely.
Lid and inner cover not installed correctly? Dirt in the air sucti on port
at the bott om of the base - If there is too much dust in the air sucti on
port, the vapour will be restricted to come out. Clean it.
Cover and interior are not installed correctly - Remove and reinstall
correctly, so vapours can be released freely.
Low temperature or high humidity? Under these conditi ons, vapour
can quickly condense into water droplets.
