• Unit is not level
• Low water level
• Hard water used
• Demineralization cartridge
needs to be replaced
• Clean Transducer/Ultrasonic
Membrane reminder
• Clean reminder needs
resetting

SOLUTION
• Place unit on a flat,
even surface
• Check the water level; refill
the tank if the water is low
• Use distilled water and a
demineralization cartridge
• Replace demineralization
cartridge
• Clean the transducer
following the instructions
in the Cleaning and Care
section
• Press and hold the "Clean"
transducer reset button until
the red clean light turns off
