Installation and suggestions:
Install the sanitary system by using the wax and flange (included), fix to the floor with the anchors, and set the sit cover through the iron fittings. Make sure
that the floor is leveled before proceeding with the installation. Verify that the distance between the wall and the discharge valve match. The toilet is fragile
and could break during the process, we recommend the use of gloves during its installation, be careful while removing the lid from the tank. Do not use
chlorine cleaning tablets in the tank as they could damage the valves. Tighten the plastic hose to the tank, if there appears to be a leak, gently tighten with
an adequate tool. Do not use any type of sealer or Teflon on the joints. For its installation, use anti-fungal silicone sealant for toilet seal to the floor. When
fixing the screws, be careful not to use excessive force as it could damage the toilet.
Maintenance:
Clean the toilet regularly.
While cleaning do not use ammonia or acids as it will damage the sanitary ware, use soap and a sponge.
Clean its surface with a damp soft cloth and add a non-abrasive detergent if needed and then wipe dry.
Warranty:
5 years warranty on the ceramic, 1 year warranty on the iron fittings. If any manufacturing defects are detected on the ceramic or the iron fittings, the
product will evaluated and if true, replaced without any cost to the original buyer. The warranty is subject to the buyer having an invoice of the purchase.
