4. Vegetable processing: cut the food materials into strips and slices. The slices should
not be wider than 1-2cm nor longer than 5-10cm, the slices should not be over 2-
3cm, the processing quantity may not be over 3/4 of the general quantity of the bowl.
The operational steps are the same to the meat processing.
5. Vegetable dry grinding: the total quantity of food materials like pepper may not be
beyond the meat processing line of the bowl, or it shall influence the processing
effect and the service life of the blender. The operational steps are the same to the
vegetable processing. Bi-level or single-level blades may be selected for application
(Bi-level blades installation, see the following figure).
6. Turn off the power after processing, take down the blender when the blades stop
rotating, open the container lid and take out the chopping blades and the processed
food materials; clean and dry the components.
7. If the food materials are stick to the bowl, stop the blender, turn off the power and
shave down the food with chopsticks before processing;
8. The blender may not be applied for grinding soybeans, donkey-hide gelatin, rice,
frozen meat and other food materials that are too hard;
9. If the blender shakes for uneven food distribution, stop working, turn off the power
and distribute the food in the bowl evenly and turn on the power again;
10. If the required effect is failed to be reached within 30 seconds, turn off the power
and process it again after 2 minutes.
