• Check if your TV supports the "TV to Mobile" function.
- You may find your model name on the label attached to
your TV's back or on your TV's Settings menu.
- Search for your model on Samsung website and check the
specifications section to see if your model supports the
function.
- 2015-2016 : (J/K models) : JU6400/KU6400 series or
above
- 2017 : Q6FM or above, MU6400 or above, LS003(frame)
- 2018 : Q6FN or above, NU7400 or above, LS03N(frame)
- 2019 : Q60R or above, LS03R(frame), LS01R(serif),
LS05R(sero. Korea only)
- Models released in 2020 and after: Q70 series or above,
LS01 series (serif), LS03 series (frame, except 32" models),
LS05 series (sero).
• Network connections may suffer temporary interruptions.
Turn your TV off, and then try again.
• The edges of the inner view may look bulged out. The
bulging is caused by the convex lens of the camera.
• The inner view may be incomplete due to the blind spots
on the left and right corners or screened depending on the
layout of food items. Make sure to place food items in the
front center.
• The displayed conditions may differ from the actual
temperature and humidity.
Action
