• Remove dirt from inside the appliance
with a wet cloth.
• Clean the door gaskets, the front panel
and the control panel regularly using
a wet cloth and a little bit of cleaning
product specific for washing machines.
You can find
maintenance processes:
• Washing machine body: After washing,
clean it with a soft cloth. If there is a lot
of dirt, use the appropriate detergent or
soap.Do not use gasoline or alcohol to
clean the body of the washing machine.
• Cleaning the detergent box (see image
12 on page 7): Clean the detergent box
regularly. Remove it, wash it with clean
water and then replace it.
• Door gasket

• Cleaning of the universal coupling (see
picture 13 on page 7):
• Suggestion: clean it every half year.
• If waste accumulate, it will influence
the water inlet speed.
• Take off the soft pipe from the
universal coupling side.

yourself some failures happening to your
appliance by using the Problem-Solution
table included in this manual (see table 05
on page 15) Otherwise, please contact our
Customer Care service.
You can also see table 06 on page 18 to find
some problems you may find which do not
mean a failure of the appliance.
If you notice a failure which you cannot
repair yourself and prevents you from
using the appliance, disconnect it from the
power and the mains.
Any intervention to repair or
replace any electrical wiring
must be carried out by a
qualified technician, otherwise
it can be very dangerous.
If the washing machine freezes (see
pictures 15, 16 and 17 on page 7):
• Wrap the tap and the universal coupling
with a hot towel.
• Remove the water inlet hose and put it
