Handheld Showerhead Installation Instructions
NO TAPE NEEDED, INSTALL BY HAND
Note: Some shower arms are formed with a ball where the head connects. We suggest that you either replace
this type of arm or use an adapter, which can be found at a hardware store, plumbing or home center.
(1) Remove old showerhead from the shower arm by turning it counter-clockwise.

(2) Before installing the new showerhead, clean the shower arm
threads, then turn on the water to wash out the pipe.
(3) TURN OFF WATER. Check that screen washer is seated firmly
into the holder. Attach the holder to the shower arm by turning

it clockwise by hand until tight. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

(4) Check that the screen washer is seated firmly into the swivel hose
nut with backflow preventer and attach to holder by turning it
by hand, clockwise to the holder. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

(5) Place one rubber washer into the swivel hose nut then attach to

handle. Tighten it by hand until its snug. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

(6) Tighten all fittings and the showerhead is ready to use.
To clean — unscrew showerhead and remove foreign particles.
Soak nozzle in hydrogen peroxide or vinegar.
CAUTION: Unexpected and sudden temperature changes can occur when another water appliance is turned on while the
shower is being used. Do not use other water appliances such as clothes washers, dish washers, or toilets while the shower
is in use.
NOTE TO INSTALLER OF SHOWERHEAD: Leave showerhead packaging and warning for end user.
*SAVING DETAILS: Water savings is based on the difference in usage between this water-efficient showerhead and a standard 2.5 gallon per minute showerhead.
