I. Basic operation:
A: Press for 3-5 seconds to turn on the device in the state of power off / press for 5 seconds
to turn off the device in the state of power on, and press once in the function interface to
return to the main interface.
B: Full - screen touch.
C: Charging magnetic - suction interface.
D: Heart rate sensor.

II. Download APP:
Please download the APP "TFit" before use. The Android system above 5.1 and iphone
system above 9.0 are required. The phone hardware supports Bluetooth 4.0.
