3. OPERATION
1. Connect the appliance to a mains socket. The grinder enters standby mode and all icons on
the display flash. The default value on the display is "888".
2. Press the
icon to select the ground coffee container filling function, you can customise
the function by using
/
. You can select the amount of coffee you want to grind by
measuring this amount in espresso coffees. Next, press the
appliance.
3. Press the
icon to select the Single Espresso function. The default value that will appear
on the display will be 8 seconds, but you can change it according to your preferences by
using the
/
icons. Press the
icon to start the appliance.
4. Press the
icon to select the Double Espresso function. The default value that will appear
on the display will be 15 seconds, but you can change it according to your preferences by
using the
/
icons. Press the
icon to start the appliance.
5. The appliance has a memory function, so it will remember the last function selected.
6. After 15 minutes of inactivity, the appliance will enter standby mode. In this mode, the
Start/Pause icon will flash.

1. Make sure that the appliance is unplugged.
2. Hold the grinder body. Then, turn the hopper counterclockwise until the mark on the
bottom of the hopper is aligned with the mark on the body. Next, pull it upwards.

1. Make sure that there is no coffee residue on the top of the grinding wheel. If any coffee
residue remains, use the brush provided to clean it.
2. Align the mark on the hopper with the mark on the body and turn the hopper clockwise
until it locks into place.
NOTE: if the hopper is not installed, the grinder cannot be started.

1. Place the ground coffee container or portafilter of your coffee machine in the portafilter.
2. Open the hopper lid and add the coffee beans (Fig. 5). Then, put the lid on. After this step,
you can adjust the degree of grinding.
3. The grinder has several gears for adjusting the degree of grinding. Turn the hopper to
adjust it according to the type of coffee you are preparing.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Clean the grinding wheel regularly. This not only ensures that the coffee remains hygienic,
but also extends the service life of the wheel.
2. To maintain the aroma of the coffee and prevent it from deteriorating, empty the ground
coffee container after each use.
3. Be sure to unplug the appliance before cleaning.
4. Do not immerse the grinder, power cord, or plug in water.
5. Do not use strong cleaning agents or abrasive scouring pads to clean the appliance.
6. To remove the upper gear, hold the upper gear holder and turn the triangle symbol
counterclockwise to the "OPEN" position. Then, lift it up and clean the upper gear with a

7. Clean the coffee residue (Fig. 8) from the lower gear and the compartment with a brush.
8. After cleaning, place the gear unit in the compartment (Fig. 9). Align the triangle symbol
with the "OPEN" position. Turn the bracket clockwise until you hear a click. Align the
triangle symbol with the "CLOSE" position to complete the installation.
Note: to replace the grinding wheel, you must remove the coffee residue.
