7. Operating Failures
Your Resfri Ar refrigerator enables you clarifying doubts on its operation through Self-Diagnosis system.
With it, you can identify the failure reason and why it is happening, as provided by the following table:

Fault: Low battery voltage or fault in the vehicle's electrical installation, the refrigerator was turned off to
preserve its battery.
Solution: Check the voltage coming into the refrigerator (while the compressor is on) and whether the
vehicle's electrical installation has any faults. The electrical voltage can be viewed using the Resfri Ar
Experience app when you pair your phone with the refrigerator. Select low battery protection to see if the
problem continues to occur (see manual instructions for use to switch between high and low protections).
Fault: Fan current exceeded limit supported by the compressor electronic unit (maximum 0.5A).
Solution: Check if there is nothing preventing the propeller from rotating, clean the fan and check that the
cables are connected correctly.
Fault: Differential pressure equalization process.
Solution: Wait a few minutes for the pressures to equalize and the refrigerator to return to operation. If
it does not work again, it is likely that the compressor rotor is locked, take it to an authorized technical
assistance center to assess the functioning of the compressor and electronic unit.
Fault: Compressor can not maintain the minimum speed of 1850 RPM.
Solution: Wait a few minutes for the refrigerator to start working again. When the system is overloaded
(too much heat inside and outside the refrigerator) the compressor can not maintain its minimum speed
of 1850 RPM. If it does not work again, it is likely that the compressor rotor has a blockage where it cannot
maintain rotation. Take it to authorized technical assistance to assess the functioning of the compressor
and electronic unit.
