Connect the bus cable to the screw terminals on the
keypad as shown below.
Connect to LAN−, LAN+, NEG and POS (from left to right).

Attach keypad to wall bracket by sliding the top of the
keypad onto the clips located on the top of the wall
bracket.
9.
Tighten the bottom screw to fix the keypad to the wall
bracket.
Automatic Background Recovery
The keypad has a backup copy of critical files in case of
memory card corruption. If any files cannot be accessed the
keypad will automatically switch to using the backup folder and
repair any damaged files in the background without user
intervention. This process may take an hour or more but is
invisible to the user.
Manual Recovery – Using Keypad
If the keypad is malfunctioning, you can manually initiate the
recovery mode:
1.
Disconnect power to the keypad.
2.
Simultaneously hold the tamper switch and the touch
screen surface.
3.
Re-connect power.
4.
The recovery mode will be initiated, and the screen will
indicate files are being copied. This process can take up to
an hour.

Manual Recovery – Using a Computer
Alternatively, file can be manually repaired quickly on a
computer with a micro-SD card reader:
1.
Remove the keypad and disconnect wiring.
2.
Gently push outwards on each side to release the clips.
3.
Remove the rear cover carefully and store the tamper
switch in a safe place.
4.
The micro SD card will be visible.
5.
Gently slide the metal hinge away from the edge to unlock
the SD card holder.

Remove the micro SD card.
7.
Insert the micro SD card into your computer or card
reader.
8.
Locate the folder with the language being used:
Belgium Dutch
Belgium French
French French
Dutch Dutch
German
Greek
Italian
Portuguese
Spanish
UK English
9.
Open the folder and you should see a BAK1 and BAK2
folder.
10. Open the BAK2 folder and copy all the files to the
language folder above (click "Yes" to replace the existing
files).
11. Eject the micro SD card from your computer.
12. Insert the micro SD card into the keypad and reassemble,
ensure that the tamper rubber is still in its original place.
13. Reconnect cables and turn on power.
