About safety devices
in order to prevent sudden failure of the product or safety malfunction due to
overheating of the lithium battery, the product is equipped with safety device.
If pushing mop head too hard, the safety device activates and mop head will
stop automatically.The product will stop working if the bottom plate is winding
by other things for safety device will start.
Safety device works:
Firstly, please turn off the power button immediately. Then product is
continue to work when the fuse of safety device is recovered. lf product is off
work, and you do not turn off the power in time, product will not start to work.
Please insert the charging cable into charging port of the mop to activate
safety device so that product can work normally.
