4. Product and delivery overview
4.1. Inspection of the delivery
All Bischoff & Bischoff products undergo a proper final inspection in
our company and are labelled with the CE mark.
The Bischoff & Bischoff shower aid is supplied in a special
cardboard box. Delivery and instruction of the product is carried out
by a qualified medical supply retailer.
After unpacking, keep the cardboard box if possible. It can be used to
store or return the product at a later date.
In the case of dispatch by rail or forwarding agent, the goods must be
checked immediately for transport damage in the presence of the
bearer.
If there is any damage, please contact our customer service
immediately.
Check that the contents are complete (see section 4.2) and
undamaged. In the event of irregularities or damage, please contact
our customer service.
4.2. Scope of delivery
Your new Bischoff & Bischoff shower aid is delivered in a
Bischoff & Bischoff original box. To prevent damage during
transport, attachments are supplied separately. The scope of
