The phone holder does not stick properly
Make sure you follow all the steps as described above
correctly. The most common problems are:
• The surface to which the magnet was adhered contains
small particles of dirt. Make sure that no dirt particles or
grease residue are stuck between the adhesive of the
magnet and the surface.
• The metal plate does not stick properly to the
smartphone. It is equally important to clean the
smartphone or case properly before attaching the metal
plate.
• The smartphone does not stick well with a case. The metal
plate for the smartphone cover is rectangular. Stick the
magnet vertically in the car to give the magnet more grip.
