Non-Contact AC Voltage Detector/English
8-Auto Power Off:
To conserve battery life, the tester will
automatically turn off after approximately 5 minutes of
inactivity. When powering down, the tester will beep and
vibrate twice and the green LED will turn off.
9-Flashlight: Momentarily press the Flashlight
the flashlight on or off. To conserve battery life,the flashlight
will automatically turn off after approximately 5 minutes. The
tester will beep and vibrate twice as the flashlight turns off.
NOTE: If the battery voltage is too low to operate the flashlight,
the tester will indicate this condition by beeping and vibrating
three times and the flashlight will turn off. The voltage detector
has it's own low battery threshold and may remain operational.
Refer to Verify Operation(step 4) in this manual before using
tester.
NOTE: If press and hold the button more than about 5 second, it
is regarded as an error operation, the tester will beep and
vibrate twice and then turn off.
6-Changing Batteries
1-Carefully unscrew battery cap at the rear(flashlight end)of
the tester.
2-Replace batteries with two AAA 1.5V batteries. Observe
polarity.
3-Carefully align cover with tester as shown below.
4-Screw cover onto tester until it feels tight. Do not use
excessive force.
5-Verify operation by using the tester on a known live AC
voltage within the defined detection range of the tester.
