WARNINGS
• Never leave the child alone.
• Any alteration or addition to the device without the
authorisation of JANE, S.A. may seriously alter the safety
of the retention system.
• The instructions for the correct use of the retention
system must be carefully followed to ensure the child's
safety.
• This safety device must not be used without its uphols-
tery, and it must not be replaced by another one diffe-
rent from the original, as it forms an integral part of the
RECOMMENDATIONS
• Keep this instruction book for future reference.
• Always store it in the compartment on the side of the
abdominal protector.
• Make sure that inside the vehicle, any luggage or other
object which may cause damage in the event of an acci-
dent is correctly fastened or stored.
• The Xtend abdominal protector must be correctly faste-
ned with the seat belts, even if it is not in use, as in the
system's safety characteristics.
• Do not recline the safety seat when it is in use. To recline
or straighten up the safety seat, you need to adjust the
length of the seat belt. This should be done when the
vehicle is at a standstill.
• This retention system can only be used in conjunction
with a booster seat with a backrest classified as group
2-3 from the JANÉ group. These include the Indy Team,
Indy Team Plus, Montecarlo, Montecarlo Plus, Momo
Racing and Superguard.
