PRODUCT SAFETY
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed. Please refer to the basic Important
Safeguards as outlined in the Owner's Manual provided with
your Stand Mixer and/or the online Product Guide of your
Stand Mixer on www.KitchenAid.eu.
PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
Before First Use
Your Stand Mixer is individually adjusted at the factory for optimal performance. When using
the Copper Bowl, it may be necessary to readjust the Beater-To- Bowl clearance. Please refer
to the Stand Mixer Owner's Manual and/or online Product Guide for complete information on
adjusting the Beater-To-Bowl clearance, or call 00 800 3810 4026 Monday through Friday and
we would be happy to assist you in making this adjustment.
IMPORTANT: Before use, wash with hot, soapy water; rinse and dry thoroughly. It is not
necessary to season the Copper Bowl before use.
NOTE: This Copper Bowl is designed to fit all 4.3 and 4.7 Litre Tilt Head Stand Mixer models
except model KN15E1X. Follow these instructions to attach the Copper Bowl to your Stand
Mixer.
1.
Turn the Stand Mixer off (0) and then unplug.
2.
Unlock and lift the motor head. Then, lock

Place the bowl on the clamping plate to secure in place.
4.
Attach the appropriate accessory for your recipe, using the directions in the Stand Mixer
Owner's Manual and/or online Product Guide. Then place the motor head back in the
down position and lock into place.
PRODUCT DISASSEMBLY
1. Turn the Stand Mixer off (0) and then unplug.
2.
Raise the motor head: Unlock and lift the motor head. Then, lock
lifted.
3.
Remove the accessory: Press the accessory upward, turn it and pull it away from the
Beater Shaft.
4.
Remove the Copper Bowl: Twist to unlock the bowl from the clamping plate.
CARE AND CLEANING
Before first use, wash with warm soapy water.
IMPORTANT: Do not wash the Copper Bowl in the dishwasher. Copper Bowl is hand washable
only.

Wash the Bowl with a damp cloth and warm soapy water, using a mild detergent. Rinse
and dry thoroughly.
2. Copper Bowl Exterior Care: Copper is a natural material. Variation in colour after use is
expected, and this patina finish will vary for each bowl. If using a commercial copper
cleaner to polish, follow manufacturer's directions and buff with a soft dry cloth.
