1. Turn the Patio Oven on high heat and let it warm up. It's fully warmed up when the thermometer
hits 300° (approx. 5-10 minutes).
2. Turn temperature knob down to medium heat and let the temperature settle between 350°- 400°
(approx. 5 minutes).
3. Depending on the food to be cooked, optimal cooking temperature is about 375°.
NOTE: the cooking stone surface is hotter than the air.
4. Pizza cooking time is about 2-4 minutes depending on the size and thickness of the dough of
the pizza. Thicker or denser food require more time.
5. Pull out the pizza when the crust has reached your desired readiness, or when the edges of the
pizza crust are golden-brown.
NOTE: The cooking time and temperature of your Patio Oven will depend largely on the outside tem-
perature and elevation.
1. Between the control knob on the front of the unit, and the adjustable knob on the regulator, you
can adjust the flow (trial and error is recommended, depending on the type and size of the pizza
you are cooking or thickness and density of your food).
