Option 1;
Securely screw (7c) into solid area of the
wall, as a stud.
Option 2 ;
Drill a 3/16'' diameter hole (5mm) in the
wallboard.Tap the wall anchor(7d) into
the hole, with a hammer, until it is ush.
Fasten the wall bracket(7a) to the wall
anchor(7d) with screw(7c).

Now tighten the screw(7b) that was left
loose in step 16.
