4b. OPTIONAL: If you want to use the faucet without the
sensor feature or without power, you can attach the
quick connector (1) to the receiving block (2). This
bypasses the sensor feature and enables the faucet
to work by operating the handle.

Press the snap groove on both sides for loosening.
Pull the cover (1) out to install batteries. Install the
four AA batteries (I) included by matching the positive
(+) and Negative (-) ends on the battery (I) to the (+)
and (-) markings in the cover (1). The negative ends
of the battery (I) should always connect to the spring
end of the battery slots in the cover (1).
Reinstall the cover (1) by pressing the snap groove
on both sides and pull down the cover.
NOTE: When the sensor flashes 10 times
continuously and slowly, the batteries have
lost their charge. Replace the batteries (I).
Battery Housing:
a. Use only AA Alkaline batteries
b. Identify the Anode (+) and the Cathode (-) to install
the batteries properly
c. To avoid battery damage:
c1. Do not recharge or disassemble batteries
c2. Do not mix old batteries with new batteries
c3. Do not use carbon batteries
c4. Do not expose batteries to extreme heat
