This document is a guarantee card valid for 24months. It guaranties to cover breakages due to faulty manufacturing
and which were not due to mistreatment of the product. The conditions in which the guaranty is claimed is that all
the device elements and the guarantee card are presented along with the receipt of purchase (this must be with
a stamp and signature of the sale). The customer is to return the product by post and make sure that the product
is packed safely for transport, so that the product arrives unharmed by transport. The customer covers the cost of
transport, however this money is returned to the customer when the product is confirmed as faulty due to the
manufacturing. The product will be repaired or replaced in this event.
•
The build-up of dirt or lime scale.
•
A breakage due to the pump being used somewhere other than underwater.
•
General aging through use (e.g. the rotor, seals)
•
Improper installation or usage of the device or parts (this also covers the use of products from other
producers)
•
Any type of damage done to the mechanics of the device (e.g. electrical wires)
•
Any changes or modifications of the device or parts.
•
Faults in the product due to improper usage, lack of care or not having followed the safety rules.
