FUNCTIONS
- To press ON/OFF button to switch on/off
- To press for a while the ZERO button to zero
- To press ABS key to activate relative measurement mode (display symbol: INC)
- To press IN/mm key to select unit of measurements, millimiters (mm) or inches (IN)
- Act on the friction knob (5) to bring the pin (3) and anvil (2) into contact with the object to be measured
Note: Use the instrument only in the measuring range indicated on the micrometer body
Auto shut-off
If the micrometer is not used for more than 5 minutes it switches off automatically.
Battery replacement
Unscrew the battery compartment cover located on the back of the micrometer and replace with a battery with the characteristics
indicated in "Technical data".
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance and repair jobs must be carried out by trained personnel. For such job , you can contact Beta Utensili S.p.A's repair centre.
