8 Installation
CAUTION! Health hazard
To avoid a hazard due to instability of the
minibar, the minibar must be fixed in accor-
dance with the instructions.
NOTICE! Damage hazard
Do not use extension cords or ungrounded
(two pin) adapters.
The minibar can be built-in if the following conditions
are kept to ensure satisfactory operation and maximum
cooling efficiency.
• The minibar must be leveled carefully to ensure
proper function.
• The socket outlet for the mains connection must
be freely accessible.
• The minibar must not be exposed to radiated heat
(sunlight, radiator, oven).

Description
Resets the door control monitor.
Resets the minibar.
Sets inside temperature to 3 °C or
7 °C.
Sets inside temperature to 5 °C or
12 °C.
Reversing the door
NOTE For reversing the door, a different
hinge is needed (see Accessories).

Ventilation
• Ventilation must be provided as shown in alterna-
tives A, B, C or D.
• Ventilation grills (1), if used, must have openings
of at least 200 cm² each.
• The minimum clearance between the minibar's
back and the surrounding structure should be as
follows:

• The ventilation duct must at least measure
105 mm x the width of the minibar.
• The entire minibar must project into the ventila-
tion duct as shown (see Fig. ).
• The air passing through the ventilation duct must
not be preheated by any source of heat.
• The ventilation duct must be kept free from any
obstacles. Especially portable multi socket outlets
