8. Gestor de archivos
El gestor de archivos ayuda a los usuarios a organizar
y gestionar sus archivos en el dispositivo de
almacenamiento. Los usuarios pueden almacenar, abrir,
renombrar y eliminar archivos de adquisición de trazas
después de la adquisición utilizando esta herramienta.

12. Ajustes del sistema
Con esta función, los usuarios pueden personalizar
cómodamente la con guración del sistema según sus
preferencias. Entre los ajustes disponibles se incluyen
el apagado automático, la selección de idioma, la
información del producto, la actualización del rmware,
etc.
OTDR Trace Software
Se trata de un programa que permite analizar las mediciones desde un ordenador,
bien insertando la tarjeta microSD en el ordenador o conectándolo a través del cable
USB con el OTDR.
Interpretar la traza de la bra es una tarea crucial cuando se utiliza un OTDR. Afortuna-
damente, el software OTDR Trace puede hacerlo. Busca cambios en el nivel de retrodis-
persión que indiquen pérdidas por empalmes, defectos y re exiones Fresnel. Éstas
suelen estar causadas por empalmes mecánicos, roturas o terminaciones de bra. El
software medirá la pérdida en cada uno de estos eventos y presentará los resultados
en una tabla de eventos. La tabla resume la ubicación, atenuación, pérdida, re ectan-
cia y pérdida acumulada de cada evento.

With this feature, users can conveniently customize their
system settings according to their preferences. Available

OTDR Trace Software
A program that allows the analysis of the measurements from a computer, either by
inserting the microSD card into the computer or by connecting a USB cable to the
OTDR.
Interpreting the bre trace is a crucial task when using an OTDR. Fortunately, the OTDR
Trace software can do this. It looks for changes in the backscatter level which indicate
splice losses, defects, and Fresnel re ections. These are typically caused by mechanical
splices, breaks, or ber terminations. The software will measure the loss in each of
these events and present the results in an event table. The table summarizes each
event's location, attenuation, loss, re ectance, and cumulative loss.
