In case of water leakage during testing
procedure of the non-return valve, the
valve reed and PTFE sealing ring have to
be replaced:
a. Remove the hose nipple (vacuum
arm) and O-ring.
b. Pull out the PTFE sealing ring with a
suitable tool (e.g. angled forceps).
c. Remove the valve reed.
d. Insert a new valve reed. Make sure
that it is correctly placed in front of
the valve opening.
e. Slide in a new PTFE sealing ring right
to the stop
