6. ASSEMBLING THE LID HANDLE

Lid Handle (#8)

Lid Handle Bezel (#7)
Installation:
•
From inside the barrel lid, insert one screw to protrude to the outside.
Add a bezel on the screw, then hand-tighten the screw (from the
inside) into the lid handle.
•
Repeat same installation for other end of lid handle.
7. PLACING THE GREASE BUCKET

Installation:
•
Place the grease bucket on the spout hook on the end of the main
barrel. Ensure it is level to avoid grease spills.
8. INSTALLING THE COOKING COMPONENTS

Flame Diffuser (#4)

Installation:
•
Insert the flame diffuser into the main grill. Rest the flame diffuser
on the built-in ledge (on the inside right) of the main grill that directs
grease towards the grease bucket. Slide the entire piece to the left
side, and the two slots on the flame diffuser will fit onto the rounded
ledge above the burn pot. It will sit slightly at a downward angle. This
part is lightly coated with oil to avoid rusting when shipped.
NOTE: If the flame diffuser is on the base of the barrel, it is installed
incorrectly.
•
Place the cooking grids, side-by-side, on the grid ledge inside the main
grill barrel.
•
The unit is now completely assembled.
NOTE: To maintain the searing and grilling performance of your
cooking grids, regular care and maintenance Is required.
