Check that the speed selector (2) is
set to 0 (= off).
Insert the whisks (6) or dough hooks
(5) into the mounting holes. Note that
the dough hooks can only be inserted
in one way.
Plug the appliance in.
Lower the whisks or dough hooks
into the bowl with ingredients before
switching it on to avoid splashes.
Turn the speed selector (2) to any
position between 1 and 6. The higher
the number the speed selector is set
to, the faster the appliance will run.
You can increase the speed further by
pressing and holding the turbo button
(3).
Turn off the appliance by moving the
speed selector to position 0 once you
have finished using it.
Unplug the appliance and press the
release button (1) to remove the
whisks or dough hooks.
Always switch the appliance off at
the wall socket and unplug before
cleaning.
Clean the outside of the appliance
using a damp cloth and, if necessary,
a little washing-up liquid.
Wash the whisks or dough hooks
in hot water with a little washing-up
liquid and dry thoroughly.
Never use abrasive detergents or
solvents.
