Contacts Match – Retrieve any number saved in your
Contacts by entering only three consecutive digits of the
number. Highlight a Contact entry and press
the matching number. (See "Contacts Match"on page
66.)
Prefix – Pre-set the first five or six digits (for example, the
area code and prefix) so that you can quickly dial the last
four or five digits and press
number. See page 65 for instructions on how to set this up.
To place a call using Contacts Match abbreviated dialing:
1.
Enter at least three digits of a Contact entry's phone
number.
2.
Use
to call the displayed number. (If there is more than one
matched number in your Contacts, a list is displayed.
Select the name you want to call from the list, and then
