GENERAL WARNINGS
Compressed air is a potentially dangerous form of energy. Therefore, always take great care when using the compressor or the accessory kit.
To use compressed air, you must know and comply with the regulations established case by case.
When using air-powered accessories, always wear safety clothes. Keep the work area free and always maintain a stable position. Do not
allow inexpert persons to use tools without suitable supervision. Keep children and animals at a distance from the work area; improper use
of compressed air may cause serious injuries.
COMPRESSOR - ACCESSORIES CONNECTION
Make sure that the compressor is OFF before connecting the accessories
1)
Connect the coiled air line B to compressed air outlet C (fig. 1a) using coupling D. Push coupling D firmly inside outlet C. A clicking noise will
indicate that the coupling is engaged
2)
Once you have fastened this end of the coiled air line B, you can connect any accessory to the other end E, pushing firmly, for example, coupling

STAPLER GUN -
RECOMMENDED OPERATING PRESSURE: 7 BAR
To staple wood, slats etc..
If not used correctly and without suitable maintenance, the
stapler gun can cause serious injury or death.
Prior to maintenance, lubrication, loading of staples or removal
of jammed staples, always make sure that you have unplugged
the gun from the compressor.
Always wear goggles (fig. 1 - H) and ear plugs when using the
stapler gun.
Never direct the stapler gun towards persons or animals or

Never exceed the working pressure indicated for this accessory..
2.1 - TIPS FOR USING THE STAPLER GUN
1)
Before using the stapler gun for the first time and after each use,
lubricate air inlet E of the stapler gun (fig. 2)
2)
Check that protector A of the stapler gun is working correctly.
Check by hand that is free to move to-and-fro without any
obstruction (fig. 3).
Never load the staple cartridge without first of all checking that
protector A is working correctly.
Never connect the stapler gun to the compressor without first of
all checking correct functioning of protector A.
3)
Release the outer part of cartridge C from the locked position,
pushing tab D outwards (fig. 4)
4)
Slide the outer part of cartridge C downwards (fig. 5)
5)
Insert a set of staples H in the housing of the cartridge L (fig. 6)
checking correct positioning
6)
Slide the outer part of cartridge C upwards, pushing tab D outwards
at the same time (fig. 7)
7)
Block the outer part of cartridge C, releasing tab D. Make sure that
the cartridge is securely fastened (fig. 8)
8)
Connect the stapler gun to the compressor as explained in chapter
1 «COMPRESSOR-ACCESSORIES CONNECTION»
9)
Adjust working pressure to the value indicated for this accessory
10) The stapler gun is now ready for use. Before proceeding with the
actual work, it is advisable to practice on a test piece in order to
check penetration of the staples: use a piece of reject wood of a
thickness exceeding the length of the staples. Rest point A of the
stapler gun against the surface of the wood and press trigger B.
If the staple does not penetrate to the depth required, set the air
pressure to a higher value WITHOUT HOWEVER EXCEEDING
THE VALUE INDICATED IN THIS MANUAL (fig. 11)
2.1.1 Direction of exhaust air (Fig. 1 / item P)
The direction of exhaust air can be changed 360 degrees of angle by
turning the exhaust cover P with a hand.
