Cleaning and maintenance
WARNING! Always unplug the system before carrying out
any cleaning operations.
• Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use flammable or abrasive detergents (e.g. benzene or
white spirit) to clean the unit.
• Never immerse the speaker or cables in water and do not allow
any liquid to enter any part of the system.
Troubleshooting
Problem
The speaker does
not work.
There is no sound.
Possible Cause
• The plug is not
properly inserted or
plugged in.
• The volume is too
low.
• The devices are not
correctly connected.

Solution
• Check the power cable and make sure it
is securely plugged into the wall socket.
• Check that the Power button is on and
working properly.
• Increase the speaker's volume and
check that the audio source is not set
to mute or a low volume.
• In LINE IN mode, check that the cable
is securely connected and the external
device is working properly.
• When using a microphone/guitar,
check the cable, then make sure the
microphone/guitar is switched on and
its volume is enabled on the speaker.
• In USB mode, check that there are
compatible files on the stick and that
these are not corrupted. Try reloading
the files onto the media device or use
another USB stick.
