1. Insert the front wheel set from the bottom hole of the body as shown in the
figure, then fix the handle bar with front wheel.
2. Loosen the clamp, insert the seat tube into the body as shown in the figure,
and adjust it to the appropriate height, then lock the clamp. The safety line
on the tube shall not be seen after fix.
