• To protect against fire, electric shock or injury to person, do not immerse cord plug in water or other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when the coffee maker is in use or when coffee is hot. Do not use by children
or near children
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off
parts, and before cleaning the coffee maker.
• Do not use operate this coffee maker if the power cord or plug is demanded or if the appliance
malfunctions, is dropped or has been damaged in any manner. Return it to the Authorized service Station
for examination, repair, electric or mechanical adjustment.
• The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire,
electric shock or injury to person.
• Do not use outdoors
• Do not let cord hang over edge of table and counter or touch hot surface.
• Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
• Do not move the coffee maker while in use or when coffee is still hot.
• To disconnect, turn any control to "off", the remove plug from wall outlet.
• A short power cord is to be provide to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled and tripping
over a long cord.
• Longer detachable power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be used if care is
exercised in their use.
• If a longer detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is uded, 1) the marked electrical rating of the
cord set or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance, and 2) the
cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on
by children or tripped over unintentionally.
• The appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric
shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does no fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the
plug in any way.
• Do not use appliance for the other than intended use.
• Scalding may occur if lid is removed during the brewing cycles.
