3.1 Controller Instructions
1. Attach the massage mat to a chair with elastic straps or place it on othersupport.
2. Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding cable on the mat.
3. Plug the home adapter into an outlet between 100-240V.
4. Turn on the device using the controller (Refer to below remote controller instruction.)
5. When finished place the controller in the pouch at the side of the mat.
Pillow Control Button:
Press to active shiatsu,
Press again to turn on
shiatsu & heat;
Press & Hold on 3 seconds
to turn off neck massage.
MODE indicators:
Five Preprogrammed
massage modes
ON/OFF:
Press to turn the
massage mat on or off.
INTENSITY
:
Press to choose Low,
Medium, High intensity of
vibration.

Massage Regions:
Each massage regions may
be turned off or on as
desired by press the button
for any combination of
regions and while any of the
five MODES are active.
NOTE:
the "LEG" button
controls the leg and feet
regions.
Intensity indicators:
Low, Medium, High
HEAT:
Press to activate heat, the
heat can be used
independently
MODE:
Press to change the MODE
between M1 to M5.
