IMPORTANT
• This appliance must only be used with a butane gas cylinder cer� fi ed to EN417 or
UL147B.
• IT MAY BE DANGEROUS TO ATTEMPT TO INSTALL OTHER TYPES OF GAS CYLINDERS.
• REMOVE ANY PROTECTIVE PACKAGING MATERIAL.
3. INSTALLING THE GAS CYLINDER
1. Make sure that the gas cylinder locking lever is in the
UNLOCKED posi� on or the gas cylinder cannot be
installed.
2. Make sure that the control knob is turned fully clockwise
to the "OFF" posi� on. (Fig.1)
3. Open the gas cylinder cap and insert the gas cylinder so
that the tab on the valve is aligned with the groove on
the rim of the butane gas cylinder. (Fig.2)
• Check that the seals between the appliance and the bu-
tane gas cylinder are in place and in good condi� on be-
fore connec� ng.
• DO NOT use this appliance if the gaskets are damaged
or worn.
• DO NOT use this appliance if it is leaking, damaged or not
working properly.
4. Push down the cylinder lever to the "FUEL LOCK" posi-
� on. (Fig.3)
