• The WiFi network must be 2.4GHz. If there is a 5GHz network, connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
• Make sure you have a good WiFi connection or move the product closer to the router.
• It may not work with mobile WiFi.
• If the product changes network environment, you will need to reconfigure the product (see steps
3, 4 and 5).
After the pairing is successful:
- The WIFI light is always on; if the pairing is not successful,
then repeat the above steps.
- You can use the APP to operate the product;
- Click on the top right corner of the APP and select "share
device" to share with the rest of the family PREREQUISITE: all
family members must be registered.
After having configured the air conditioner with the TUYA
SMART APP:
- In the "Me" section of the APP you can find the list "third
party voice service" to be able to connect the device with
other devices.
