STEP 1
The first step is to use a wrench K to unscrew
the four screws of the swivel plate and remove
the swivel plate Retain the removed screws
and use them for subsequent assembly

Note 1 : Align all screws to the holes and do not
tighten them tightly
Note 2 : Tighten all Bolts at all joints fully in a
sequential manner.
