CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the device and its loose parts after each use:
1. Remove the plug from the socket and let the device cool down.
2. Clean the glass turntable and guide ring in warm soapy water. Then dry thoroughly.
3. Remove any odors by heating a bowl of water containing 4 slices of lemon on high power for 4 minutes.
Be careful when removing it, the bowl is hot!
4. Clean the inside and outside of the microwave with a damp cloth. Then dry thoroughly.
Attention:
•
Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or sharp objects (such as knives or hard brushes)
when cleaning.
•
Never immerse the device in water or other liquid or hold it under running water.
SOME USEFUL TIPS
•
Distribute the food evenly on the plate or in the bowl. Do not overlap if possible.
•
Place thicker parts of the food towards the outside of the plate or bowl and thinner parts towards the
centre.
•
Start heating slowly with a short time setting, evaluate afterwards and adjust depending on the actual
need.
•
Turn chicken, hamburgers or steak halfway through cooking.
•
Depending on the type of food, stir once or twice from the outside to the center of the dish halfway
through the cooking time.
•
Allow the food to rest for approximately 30 to 60 seconds before serving.
•
Determine when food is sufficiently cooked:
- Steam comes from all parts of the food, not just around the edges
- Poultry joints can be easily moved
- Pork or poultry shows no signs of blood
- Fish is opaque and can be easily sliced with a fork
