1. Connect the charging cable to the charging port and then
connect the USB port to a power source (5V).
2. During charging, the charging indicator flashes continuous-
ly. When the battery is fully charged, the charging indicator
will light up for a long time. It takes about 3 hours to fully
charge.
3. If the battery is not charged for a long time, the service life
of the rechargeable battery will be shortened.

2. Use by pregnant women, children, patients with heart di-
sease, abnormal blood pressure, malignant tumours, cere-
brovascular disease, acute patients, or other persons under
medical treatment is prohibited.
3. Do not use on sensitive skin.
4. Not for use on patients with skin perception disorders or
who are not sensitive to heat.
6. Use the vibration functions during menstruation, as it may
cause an increase in menstrual volume. It is recommended
to use only the red-light irradiation and heating mode.
7. If you feel uncomfortable or have skin abnormalities during
use, please stop use immediately and consult a doctor.
8. Do not use this product in places with high heat, flammabi-
lity, electromagnetic radiation, and humidity.
9. Do not disassemble the product.
10. It is recommended not to use the product for more than 30
minutes at a time (the product will automatically turn off
after 30 minutes). If you need to continue using the product,
please turn it on again.
11. Continued use over a long period of time may cause the
product to overheat and shorten its life span. If the product
overheats, please stop using it and wait for the product to
