USE AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL ( Carefully read and maintain )
PROFESSIONAL BATTERY-POWERED SUCTION CUP
• To be used EXCLUSIVELY for lifting and manual handling
of ceramic and porcelain stoneware, glass, granite and
marble tiles.
• Before leaving the production workshop, GECONE E-
POWER has been subjected to serious testing to ensure
its quality, safety and efficiency. By carefully following the
instructions contained in this manual, you ensure a long
life for your GECONE E-POWER under normal usage con-
ditions.
• Before using the machine, carefully read this instruction
manual in order to avoid accidents or malfunctions.
• Do not modify any part of the machine in any way.
• All modifications must be made by the manufacturer
only.
• Only use original spare parts.
• Brevetti MONTOLIT disclaims any liability in the event of
non-compliance.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• CAREFULLY FOLLOW THE REGULATIONS IN PLACE RE-
GARDING HEALTH AND SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE
• The operator must position himself in a safe way and must
not be distracted during processing.
• The operator is responsible for accidents that may occur
to other people or their property.
• It is advisable to wear gloves and shoes with slip-resistant
soles.
• The work area must be flat, dry, free of obstacles and illu-
minated.
• Do not use the machine near flammable liquids or gas.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
A) Remove the battery compartment
cover (7).
B) Insert the battery (8) into the appropriate compartment
and lock it in place.
C) Press the ON/OFF power button (1) for 3" and make sure,
before use, that the battery is fully charged (4).
D) Position GECONE E-POWER on the surface of the mate-
rial to be moved, press the start button (2) (the suction
cup will activate automatically). It is recommended
to press on the handle (6) to make the suction cup
adhere better when starting. When the green lights on
the vacuum level control display come on or the suction

cup motor stops working, it is ready for use. GECONE
E-POWER will maintain its suction for several hours (with
the battery fully charged). The integrated safety sensor
will automatically detect any leakage and automatically
reactivate to restore it.
E) To release the suction cup, press the pressure release
button (3) for 3"; once released, turn off the equipment by
pressing the ON/OFF power button (1) for 3".
CAUTION:
• REMOVE THE SUCTION CUP FROM THE MATERIAL
WHEN NOT IN USE.
• HANDLING WITH LIFTING EQUIPMENT
IS FORBIDDEN
• THIS SUCTION CUP IS NOT WATERPROOF. IF WATER IS
SUCKED INTO THE AIR DUCTS, IT MAY CAUSE PERMA-
NENT DAMAGE TO THE INSTRUMENT.
MALFUNCTIONS DUE TO USE WITH WATER ARE OUT
OF OUR WARRANTY SERVICE.
