Please read the following warnings and the rest of the
manual carefully before using the appliance.
1. CAUTION: Do not use the hair straightener near bathtubs,
showers, washbasins or other vessels containing water.
2. Do not operate the appliance with wet hands, in a damp
environment or on wet surfaces. Do not dip into water or
other liquids. If the appliance falls into water, do not touch
the water and unplug it immediately.
3. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced
immediately by the manufacturer, an authorized service
agent or a qualified professional only.
4. Keep the cable away from hot surfaces. Do not pull, twist or
coil it around the unit.
5. This appliance must never be left unattended when
plugged in.

current device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current
not exceeding 30 mA in the electrical circuit supplying the
bath is recommended. Ask your installer for advice.
12. IMPORTANT! Cleaning and maintenance of the hair
straightener must not be carried out by children without
supervision. This appliance can be used by children aged 8
years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children should not play with the hair
straightener.
