With the rotary knob Minutes you set the desired boiling time. You can set the time in minute increments,
every five minutes a signal sounds.

The backlight of the display turns off automatically about 5 minutes after the last input if the heating
process is not started. The settings are still visible. The backlight turns on again when one of the knobs is
pressed.
Press the I O button. The heating process begins. The heating process shows continuous bars in the
display. The current temperature is displayed in the CURRENT TEMP display area. As soon as the heating
is complete, a beep sounds, the icon appears in the display and the set time in the display area MIN
begins to expire.
If the preset time has elapsed, a beep sounds and the device switches off automatically. The displays
and in the display go out.

Boiling- This is how it works!
1. Place the alarm device in a clean place and then put the wire grate into the container with feet
pointing downwards.
2. Place the jars with syrup or vegetable juice on the wire grate in the container (This alarm device can
hold 14 jars with a single diameter of about 11.5cm in two layers).
3. Fill water into the tank, up to 3/4 of the container. However, the water must not exceed 2/3 of the
container height. (If you use multiple levels of jars, the jars in the lower level must be airtight so that
water does not penetrate the glasses).
4. To adjust the temperature, turn the temperature controller to a temperature suitable for the food.
5. Turn on the power button. The power indicator light lights up and preheating begins.
6. When the operating indicator light goes out, the preheating is finished and the duration is calculated
(If the container is full, the preheating time is about 90 min.).
7. When the time to wake up the food has expired, turn off the device.
8. Remove the jars from the container.
