Remove the mounting screw and spacer with a 5/8 Inch (15mm) wrench or socket.

Carefully detach the blade and fan.

Inspect the fan, blade bolt, and base for any damage.

Examine the motor shaft to ensure it is not bent or damaged.
Install the New Blades
NOTE: The blade configuration of this mower is customizable. Dual blades provide the best cutting
performance, while single blade offers extended runtime.
1.
Reinstall the fan, followed by the new blade, positioning the angled ends downward.
2.
Ensure that the keyed holes on the blade align with the indentations on the fan.
3.
Secure the blade using a wooden block for stabilization. Insert the spacer and tighten the mounting screw to
the recommended torque 26 ft.-lbs. (35 N.m.).
