INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Before using for the first time, clean the jug, lid and beaker with a damp cloth.
CAUTION:
. Do not immerse the base or the jar in water or any other liquid.
. Use extreme caution when cleaning the blades. They are very sharp.
- Place the base on a flat, stable, clean and heat resistant surface.
- Place the carafe on the base, aligning the electrical connection on the carafe with the connection on the
base. Make sure it fits securely and tightly.
- Put the desired food into the jar and place the lid on top of the jar. Twist the lid until the protrusion of the lid
meets the handle to ensure proper sealing.
WARNING: This machine is equipped with a safety system that prevents it from operating unless the lid
is completely closed.
- Connect the cable to the mains.
- Press the ON /OFF button
- Select a preset program and make the necessary adjustments according to the recipe or use the Speed/
Time or Temperature/Time free adjustment buttons.
IMPORTANT:
The freely adjustable buttons function as follows:
Free processing setting: Press the speed button and the + /- buttons to select the desired speed (speed
from 1 to 10). Then press the time button and the +/- buttons to select the desired time (Time from 1 to
99 minutes). This mode does not allow temperature adjustment. If you need to combine speed, time and
temperature settings at the same time you should use one of the predesigned programs.
Free cooking setting: Press the temperature button and the + /- buttons to select the desired temperature
(temperature from 50 to 100 ºC). Then press the time button and the +/- buttons to select the desired time
(time from 1 to 99 minutes). This mode does not support speed setting. If you need to combine speed, time
and temperature settings at the same time, you must use one of the predesigned programs.
- When you have selected the required program or settings press the Start /Stop button to start operation.
CAUTION:
When using programs with temperature the carafe will become hot. Do not touch the carafe with your
hands when using a heated program or when the program is finished.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the appliance and let it cool completely.
Rinse the inside of the carafe, lid and beaker with soapy water.
Do not wet the electrical connection of the jug.
Do not use toxic or corrosive products.
Dry the washed parts completely before reusing them.
Clean the base with a cloth.
Do not immerse the base or carafe in water or any other liquid.
