To help stabilize egg whites, add 1/8 teaspoon of cream of tartar per
egg white prior to whisking. (If using a copper bowl omit the cream of
tartar).

Whisk egg whites until soft peaks form; then add sugar very slowly. Do
not over-whisk.
•
Do not operate the whisk continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow the
motor to rest for 3 minutes between each use.
Chopper Attachment
IMPORTANT: Make sure the battery indicator light illuminates solid white to
indicate it is charged for operation. If the battery indicator light begins to
illuminate red, stop processing and re-charge.
IMPORTANT: Always make sure the chopper bowl lid is dry with no moisture in the
connection point.
1. Place the chopper bowl, chop/grind "S" blade, and chopper bowl lid on a
flat, clean work area.
2. Mount the center of the chop/grind "S" blade onto the chopper bowl's
center pin. (See Figure 7.) Add food to be processed into the chopper
bowl. For best results, cut food into 1/2-inch pieces.
3. Insert the chopper bowl lid straight onto the chopper bowl. Make sure
the center of the lid fits securely over the "S" blade stem. The 2 pins
on the side of the lid will fit into each of the side tracks. (See Figure
8.)
4. Align the arrow ( ) on the motor body with the UNLOCK ( ) icon on the
chopper bowl lid. (See Figure 9.) Turn the motor body clockwise until
the LOCK ( ) icon is directly under the arrow ( ) and both pieces are
locked together. (See Figure 10).
5. Press and hold safety button first ( ) then press power button ( ) to
begin chopping
6. Quickly press and release the POWER ( ) button for PULSE action.
7. When both buttons are released, blending will STOP and the Cordless Hand
Blender will turn OFF.
IMPORTANT: If food becomes lodged under or around the blade, with the
Hand Blender OFF, open the chopper bowl lid. Grasping the motor body
