• To protect against fire, electric shock and personal injury do not
immerse cord, plugs, or any parts of the appliance in water or any
other liquid.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot
surfaces.
• The use of accessory attachments that are not recommended by
the manufacturer may cause hazard or injury.
• Unplug from the mains socket when not in use and before
cleaning. Allow cooling before putting on or taking off parts, and
before cleaning.
• Do not plug in the appliance or operate the control panel with
wet hands.
• Always put the foods to be fried on the crisping tray in the
basket to prevent them from coming into contact with the
heating elements.
• Do not cover the air inlet and the air outlet openings while the
appliance is operating.
• Only operate the appliance on a flat, stable and dry surface.
• Do not touch the inside of the appliance while it is operating.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended when in operation.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended
purpose.
• Do not fill the basket with oil as this many cause a fire hazard.
• Oversize foods and metal utensils must not be inserted into the
appliance as they may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
• A fire may occur if the appliance is covered or touching flammable
materials including curtains, draperies, walls and the like, when
in operation. Do not store any item on top of or touching the
appliance when in operation. Leave at least 10 cm free space on
the back and sides of the appliance.
