Thank you for purchasing a 100%CHEF automatic can sealer.
We offer two models of can sealers: the Bronson model is designed for sealing
cans containing liquids. This can sealer works by rotating the container on
the sealing rollers fixed at the top. On the other hand, the Pro model features
a sealing head that rotates around the container, keeping the container sta-
tionary and preventing its contents from spinning. This model is particularly
suitable for sealing delicate products that need to maintain their packaged
form, such as solids like ice cream, creams, etc., although it is also used for all
types of beverages.

Disponemos de dos modelos de cierralatas: modelo Bronson diseñado para
el cierre de latas que contengan líquido, este cierralatas funciona girando el
recipiente sobre los rodillos de cierre que están fijos en la parte superior. En
cambio el modelo Pro el cabezal de cierre gira alrededor del recipiente man-
teniendo el recipiente quieto y sin centrifugar su contenido. Este modelo es
especialmente apropiado para el cierre de productos delicados que necesiten
mantener la forma de envasado, como solidos tipo helado, cremas etc aun-
que también es empleado para todo tipo de bebidas.

Operation Guide
1. Stand the machine body on a flat table and avoid tilting;
2. Turn on electricity, press the red switch at the back, and the screen light will be on;
3. Trial run, press the green (start key) in front of the machine to observe whether the
machine is running properly. The indicator light and LED light will flash when running;
4. Put the capped jar into the bottom support;
5. Press (green start key) to start running, the bottom support automatically rises, the
can seaming completed, comes down, stops;
6. If there is an exception, press red (emergency pause key) ;
7. Press and hold the emergency pause key for 10 seconds, the number on the screen
will be cleared.
8. Counter: The PRO model has a counter to track the operations performed. To reset
it to 0, press both buttons simultaneously until the counter resets to 0 again.
Sealing Height Adjustment
Caution: Please turn off the machine before any handlingtask
Steps :
According to "image 1", loosen the No. 2
part of adjusting rod towards right. For
No.1 part of adjusting rod, left is turning
down, right is turning up. Adjust it until
the cover and pressing head match tightly,
finally, turn the adjusting rod (2) to the
left to tighten it. In case of same caps and
different cans, the bottom support can be
replaced according to the type of can.
