TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The WiFi
connection cannot
be established.
The radio is
connected to the
internet, but some
stations do not
play.
Procedure / Causes
Make sure that the radio and a computer
connected to the network (that has a working
internet connection) are logged on to the same
network.
Is a DHCP server available or have you entered a
static IP address?
Is there a firewall that is set to block outgoing
ports?
Some access points / repeaters / routers might
be set to connect only devices with registered
MAC address. Check the manual of your WLAN
equipment and add the MAC address of the
radio to the "Allowed" list of the access point if
necessary.
Make sure you have entered the correct password
(for encrypted / secured WLANs). Pay attention to
the correct spelling.
If your WLAN is "hidden" (a possible setting with
many routers), enter the network name manually
in the IR-150. To do this, go to the Settings menu ->
Network -> Manual configuration -> Radio network
-> Enter SSID.
Maybe the station is in a different time zone and is
not transmitting at the moment.
Too many users are trying to reach the station and
its capacity/bandwidth is not sufficient.
The link has expired / no longer exists.
The station does not exist (anymore).
